- ▹Defined and executed the technical vision for the Rwanda Health Observatory as the national digital backbone for health data.
- ▹Oversaw strategic data partnerships with WHO AFRO, building predictive analytics infrastructure to anticipate disease outbreaks.
- ▹Directed multi-country digital health projects, including the CAR Health Resource Tracking Platform, from design to deployment.
- ▹Authored Rwanda’s national eHealth infrastructure blueprint to guide long-term scalability and system interoperability.
