Hello! I'm Cedric, a data science professional and web developer with a passion for building data-driven systems and solutions that enhance decision-making across multiple industries. My journey into web development and data science began in 2016 when I started in statistics, and it quickly evolved into a full-fledged career in developing complex data systems, predictive models, and interactive dashboards.

- ▹Defined and executed the technical vision for the Rwanda Health Observatory as the national digital backbone for health data.
- ▹Oversaw strategic data partnerships with WHO AFRO, building predictive analytics infrastructure to anticipate disease outbreaks.
- ▹Directed multi-country digital health projects, including the CAR Health Resource Tracking Platform, from design to deployment.
- ▹Authored Rwanda’s national eHealth infrastructure blueprint to guide long-term scalability and system interoperability.
- ▹Led full-stack development and deployment of the Horticulture Exporters Information System (HEIS) across mobile and web.
